the first day of the month in which you are both age 65 or older and enrolled in Medicare Part B) or you

Plans have deductibles, co-pays and coinsurance.
Under age 65 with a disability?
You automatically get Part A and Part B after you get disability benefits from Social Security for 24 months. You are also entitled to apply to all programs that someone 65 or older is entitled too.
